Trees and Landscaping Increase Home Values,
but dead trees don't!
Beautiful trees and landscaping always give curb appeal to home values

In this real estate market everything counts! Trees can either be inviting or downright scary. If you have a tree in need of attention, don't list your home for sale until it has been addressed. You may risk losing potential home buyers because they don't want tend to the problems after buying the house or they may feel that if you have neglected these potential hazards, there may be more hidden inside. You may end up negotiating a price for tree trimming, tree removal, or stump grinding during the negotiating process, in which case you will probably pay for the work either way. If you have broken branches, branches touching the house or roof, leaning trees or storm damaged trees, these items can all be fixed before you list your house. Any successful Realtor will give you a "things to do list" before putting your house on the market, but they sometimes miss the trees surrounding the house, so, this is up to you! In addition. there may be a bare spot in the yard where you could plant a new tree and add curb appeal and value to the property!
“The best friend on earth of man is the tree. When we use the tree respectfully and economically, we have one of the greatest resources of the earth.”
- Frank Lloyd Wright
